I found a wonderful wordpress plugin Comment Info Detector
This plugin can detect information such as country name, web browser and operating system from your commenters and then displays them on your comment section or anywhere you like.
Features:
- Detects and shows commenter’s country flag, web browser and operating system automatically
- Supports many web browsers and operating systems: major desktop browsers, antiquated browsers, blogging software (for trackbacks and pingbacks), text based browsers, various PDAs and cell phones.
- Uses a binay file for IP to country resolution and supports database sources from Webhosting.info – Software77.net
- The returned string can be configed as a template to suite your theme

there is no other rules.

first, link to sponsors is not necessary. You can put it but it`s optional.
the link is generated when you register. But you can register whenever you want. For example the last day of the contest.
When you do it, you will receive link to sponsor something like xxxxx.notebook.bg
link it`s not always the same.
When you want to do it, this is the link:

the ипотпал word (on latin symbols: ipotpal) is “laptopi” Laptopi means Laptops.

I’ve seen this on a few blogs now. I like the idea although I have so many plugins on my blog already I don’t really want to add anymore unless they are absolutely vital.
